This page explains cancellation timing, refund handling, and consumer withdrawal rights for paid Spacebar Count subscriptions.

How subscription billing works

When you subscribe, your payment method is charged according to the selected plan cycle (monthly or yearly). Subscription renewals continue automatically until canceled.

Invoices, taxes, and payment processing are handled by Paddle as payment provider and merchant of record.

Cancellation policy

You can schedule cancellation from Dashboard Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period unless a different timing is clearly shown in your billing flow.

  • No additional renewal charge is made after cancellation takes effect.
  • Access to paid features remains active through the current period end.
  • If cancellation is scheduled, you can undo it before the effective date from Dashboard Billing.

Plan switches

When switching between monthly and yearly in Dashboard, the change is scheduled to your renewal point. This flow is designed to avoid unexpected immediate rebilling.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge should be refunded, contact support with your account email and invoice or transaction details.

  • Send requests to support@spacebarcount.com.
  • Include charge date, billed amount, and the reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

EU/EEA/UK consumer withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital services under local law.

Where law allows and service access begins immediately after purchase, withdrawal rights may be limited or waived once performance has begun with required consent/acknowledgment. If you are unsure, contact support and we will review your request under applicable rules.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact support as soon as possible so we can investigate with billing records.
