How to play rock paper scissors online

Rules: which move wins?
Rock beats scissors, scissors beat paper, and paper beats rock. Choosing the same move as the computer makes a draw. For example, your paper beats the computer's rock, but loses to its scissors. The score records wins, losses and draws separately.
Random play and adaptive opponents
Fair mode makes a random computer choice. Adaptive uses your recent choices to look for a pattern, while Momentum breaker changes its approach around winning or losing streaks. Try different styles to see how the computer responds to repeated moves and changing patterns. If you only need to decide who starts a separate game, a coin toss is a simpler tie-breaker.

Can I play against another person here?
The opponent here is the computer. For a game with a friend, play the traditional hand game together: agree when to reveal your hands, then use the same rock, paper and scissors rules.
Is there a move that always wins?
No. Every move loses to one other move and ties with itself. Against the random choices in Fair mode, repeatedly choosing rock, paper or scissors does not create a guaranteed advantage.
What do W, L and D mean in the score?
W is a win, L is a loss and D is a draw from your perspective. Each completed round contributes one result. Current streak describes your recent run rather than the total score.
Does the computer remember my earlier games?
Adaptive play uses choices from your current game. Reloading the page starts a new session. Use Reset stats whenever you want to start your score and streak again.
What is a draw in rock paper scissors?
A draw happens when both players choose the same move, such as rock against rock. Neither player wins that round. It adds one to D in the score, and you can choose another move for the next round.
